Lead Analyst, Digital Operations

Total Wine & More is seeking a Lead Analyst, Digital Operations to join our growing operations team in the Store Support Center in Bethesda, MD. The Lead Analyst, Digital Operations will lead operational projects and data-driven decision-making on Total Wine & More Digital Business Channels. As a member of the Store Operations team, you will play an important role in providing clear communication to enable flawless execution in the stores, enabling store teams to achieve their goals. You will be a conduit collaborating with both the Field and the Store Support Center. You will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Operations.
You will:
- Process day-to-day operational functions supporting Digital order fulfillment, including delivery, curbside pick-up, in-store pick-up, and shipping.
- Lead the implementation of technical and business process improvement initiatives in partnership with Digital and IT, business owners and field leadership
- Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for major Store Operations Projects
- Assist in troubleshooting custom and third-party software solutions and leverage their capabilities to drive operational efficiencies and field execution
- Develop store communications that are accurate, clear, and concise
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze corporate, field and store feedback to provide effective solutions
- Manage data, collaborate and make enhancements to programs and seek out solutions to barriers
- Manage and deliver strategic, cross-functional, highly visible projects within time, cost, scope and quality requirements
- Gather business requirements and perform cost/benefit analyses
- Lead the development of key project deliverables such as As-Is/To-Be documentation, process maps, use cases, test cases, etc.
- Promote communication and collaboration across the organization
- Develop team skills by mentoring others through formal and informal channels
- Engage business partners through continuous improvement initiatives
You will come with:
- 2+ years of Operations and/or Digital Fulfillment Experience
- BS/BA required
- Experience anticipating roadblocks, and recommending implementation plans designed to increase results
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools-Power BI, PowerPivot, Tableau (Preferred not required)
- Statistical and data analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions
- SQL querying skills with desire to develop further (Preferred not required)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Project management certification / best practices and / or tools (e.g., PMBOK, CMM)
- Business process improvement skills and methodologies (e.g., BPR, Six Sigma, CMMI)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to manage conflicting priorities
- Self-directed, highly driven, with a strong business sense and professional presence
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (perform data analysis and report development), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

The exempt min to mid compensation range for this position is $64,300-141,200. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
